American Airlines Dinner Series at Kaido by Brad Kilgore

Chef Bradley Kilgore, a South Florida favorite and 2018 James Beard Award semifinalist, is drawing attention to Miami’s rapidly growing culinary scene. For this unique Festival dinner hosted at his latest concept, a Japanese-influenced cocktail lounge and restaurant, Kaido by Brad Kilgore, joined by Iron Chef Makoto Okuwa, chef/owner of Makoto in Bal Harbour, and the powerhouse brother duo of Chefs Bryan and Michael Voltaggio. Bryan Voltaggio, a James Beard Award semifinalist, is known for his modern American cuisine, while the Michelin-starred Michael Voltaggio adds voltage to high-class cuisine. Guests enjoyed an electric and eclectic meal paired with wines from Kenwood Vineyards that will leave guests satiated for days!
